Terms & Conditions.
The terms that apply when you use Caragy’s website, WhatsApp service and vehicle-service coordination.
Effective date: 27 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Caragy website, WhatsApp channel and any vehicle servicing, repair, inspection, collection, delivery or related service coordinated by Caragy. By requesting or approving a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Caragy
Caragy provides a vehicle-service concierge and coordination service in Dubai. We receive customer requests, arrange bookings or vehicle collection, communicate inspection findings and quotations, obtain approvals, provide progress updates, facilitate payment and coordinate vehicle return.
Vehicle inspections, repairs and other workshop services are performed by independent third-party automotive service providers. Collection, delivery and recovery may also be performed by third-party providers. Caragy does not itself operate the workshop unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific booking.
2. Eligibility and customer responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to request work on the vehicle. You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, location and fault information; disclose warning lights, accident damage, mobility issues and safety concerns; remove valuables before collection; and ensure that the vehicle is legally registered and insured where required.
You remain responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle and for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by the booked service.
3. Requests, diagnosis and quotations
Prices provided before inspection are estimates unless expressly identified as a fixed service package. Mechanical, electrical, AC, body and other repair prices may require inspection or diagnosis.
The quotation will describe the proposed work and, where reasonably available, parts and labour. Work begins only after your approval. If additional faults or work are discovered, we will seek further approval before that additional work is carried out, except where an immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent danger or further material damage and you cannot be reached.
Diagnostic or inspection charges may remain payable even if you decline the repair, provided the charge was disclosed before the inspection.
4. Parts
The quotation or invoice should identify the agreed type of part, such as genuine, original-equipment, aftermarket, reconditioned or used. Availability and delivery times are estimates and may change for reasons outside our control. Replaced parts may be disposed of unless you request their return before work begins and return is lawful and practical.
5. Collection, delivery and test drives
Collection, delivery and recovery are subject to location, availability, vehicle condition and any stated charge. You authorise Caragy and its service providers to move, transport and reasonably road-test the vehicle when necessary for diagnosis, repair verification or delivery.
Collection and completion times are estimates. Delays may occur because of diagnosis, parts availability, additional approvals, workshop capacity, traffic or events outside reasonable control. If the vehicle is unsafe or not roadworthy, recovery may be required at an additional disclosed cost.
6. Approval and communication
Approvals given through WhatsApp, telephone, email, the website or a payment action may be treated as valid authorisation. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and responding promptly where an approval is needed.
7. Payment
Prices are stated in UAE dirhams and include VAT where the quotation or invoice says so. Payment is due as stated in the quotation, payment link or invoice. Caragy may collect payment for the coordinated service and arrange settlement with the relevant service provider.
Third-party payment providers process card or payment-link transactions under their own terms. Caragy does not store complete payment-card details. The vehicle may be retained until cleared payment and any agreed charges have been received, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before work begins, but disclosed costs already incurred may remain payable. These can include collection, recovery, inspection, diagnosis, special-order parts, supplier cancellation fees, completed labour and payment-provider charges where lawfully applicable.
Approved work already completed is not refundable merely because you change your mind. Any refund due will be assessed according to the work completed, recoverable parts, costs incurred, the agreed warranty and applicable UAE consumer law. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
9. Warranty and return concerns
Any applicable warranty period and coverage should be stated in the quotation, invoice or service-provider terms. A warranty normally applies only to the specific supplied part or completed work and does not cover unrelated faults, normal wear, misuse, accidents, overheating, continued driving after a warning, customer-supplied parts, modifications or work altered by another provider.
If you believe the completed work is defective, stop using the vehicle where continued driving may cause danger or damage and contact Caragy promptly. You must provide the booking or invoice details and allow a reasonable opportunity for inspection and remedy before arranging work elsewhere, except in an emergency.
10. Customer-supplied parts
If a service provider agrees to fit a part supplied by you, you are responsible for its suitability, authenticity and condition. Unless required by law or expressly agreed, neither Caragy nor the service provider warrants a customer-supplied part, and additional labour caused by an incorrect or defective part may be charged.
11. Website and service information
Website content is general information and is not a vehicle diagnosis or safety advice. Do not rely on online information instead of a qualified inspection. In an emergency or where the vehicle may be unsafe, stop driving and seek appropriate recovery or emergency assistance.
12. Liability
Each third-party service provider remains responsible for the work it performs. Caragy remains responsible for its own coordination obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the booked service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law.
13. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@caragy.com with your name, vehicle, invoice or booking reference, a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos. We will review the concern with the relevant provider and aim to respond within a reasonable period.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, you may use the consumer-protection channels available in the UAE. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right under applicable law.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The version published when you approve a booking will apply to that booking unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
